Name, email address, organization (optional), and account/license metadata (license type, status, expiry). Usage data related to your session (login times, feature usage) may be collected to improve the product. Content you create across QOSE's apps — simulation missions, Lab scripts, CAD models, and Bridge messages — is associated with your account but not reviewed by Qontra staff except when you request support.
Your password — Qontra never stores or has access to your actual password, only a one-way cryptographic hash created by our authentication provider (Supabase). We cannot see or recover it, only help you reset it.
QOSE stores a local copy of your active mission in your browser for convenience (auto-restoring your fleet between visits on the same device). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to Qontra or any third party.
If you choose to use Cloud Sync, your mission data is sent only to the storage location (bucket/URL) you personally configure and control. Qontra does not operate, access, or store that data.
We use Supabase (authentication and database) and Resend (transactional email) to operate QOSE. These providers process data solely to deliver those services and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting contact@qontra.uk.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Qontra does not sell customer data to third parties.
