By creating a QOSE account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you're using QOSE on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
QOSE is Qontra's aerospace engineering platform, including satellite constellation simulation (Reborn, Brutal Mode), a code workspace (Lab), a 3D model inspection tool (CAD Inspector), and team communication tools (Bridge, Relay). It is for planning, education, research, and engineering analysis. No output from any QOSE app is certified for, and none may be used as, the sole basis for real-world operational satellite command, control, safety-of-flight, or hardware manufacturing decisions.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. One account per individual user unless your license type explicitly permits shared/team access.
Access to QOSE is governed by the license type on your account (see Licensing Policy). Qontra may suspend or terminate access for accounts that are expired, archived, or in violation of these Terms.
QOSE is provided "as is." Qontra does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features at any time. Reasonable notice will be given for changes that materially affect core functionality where practical.
Qontra is not liable for decisions, losses, or damages arising from use of QOSE, including reliance on any app's output for real-world operations. Outputs across QOSE — orbital predictions, collision probability estimates, CAD measurements, code run in Lab, or anything else — are models and tools, not guarantees.
Qontra may suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using QOSE and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms may be updated; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
